About AMLHUB

What this product actually does.

AMLHUB is one of the more configurable platforms in the directory. It's built for organisations that need to run several risk profiles, departments or business units inside a single AML system — which makes it a fit for mid-tier accounting and legal firms, real estate franchises, and multi-venue operators.

The product covers program management, risk assessment, CDD/KYC, screening, monitoring, and AUSTRAC reporting workflow. Where it differs from lighter-touch tools is in its rules engine: thresholds, monitoring rules, and escalation paths can be tuned by an internal compliance lead.

FAQ

AMLHUB — common questions.

Can AMLHUB run multiple entities or offices under one login?

Yes — multi-entity architecture is a core part of the product. You can run several reporting entities or business units under a single login with consolidated reporting, role-based access and per-entity risk profiles.

Can our internal compliance lead configure the rules themselves?

Yes. AMLHUB's rules engine — thresholds, monitoring rules, escalation paths — is designed to be tuned by an in-house compliance officer without needing developer involvement. Implementation support is included to help you set the initial baseline.

Does AMLHUB include reviewer/approver workflows for SMRs?

Yes. Two-tier sign-off is standard: an analyst drafts an SMR or high-risk onboarding decision, and a reviewer/approver signs off before submission. The audit log captures both steps.

How long does onboarding take?

Most Australian SMEs are live in 2–4 weeks. Larger or multi-entity setups can take 4–8 weeks. The provider typically offers a guided onboarding call, document templates, and a structured rollout plan.

Do they handle AUSTRAC enrolment for me?

Most providers will guide you through AUSTRAC enrolment but the legal registration is done by you as the reporting entity. Templates, walkthroughs and reviewed answers are usually included.

What happens after Tranche 2 commences on 1 July 2026?

Ongoing obligations apply: continuous CDD, monitoring, suspicious matter reporting, training refreshes, and annual independent review. The provider's subscription typically covers all of this on an ongoing basis.

Can I cancel if it's not the right fit?

Most subscriptions are month-to-month or annual with a fair cancellation window. Your AML program documentation remains yours regardless. Confirm specific terms during your sales conversation.
